sleep


Sleep it sounds like a simple concept and very easy to do. However it can and usually is the single most difficult thing you will do on a regular base. It can be difficult for many reasons and if you try to fix it usually leads to more and more problems.  You move your head one way it becomes uncomfortable for the rest of your body. So you move around for a while trying to get comfortable the pillow gets to hot so you flip it but now you’re not in the same position so you move and wiggle yourself till you are. And by now it’s probably already midnight then the worst thing that could happen, does. You start to think! And that’s when you get into trouble because now you can’t stop yourself you’re like a runaway train barreling into a disaster. Because when you think your mind can get to the most random stuff and you can’t stop it. You just have to strap yourself in and pray it will get over quick.

                                                                Restless nights awake thinking

                                                                Hot cold never right

  1. I'm sort of glad to hear other people's thoughts keep them awake so often at night--not because I wish that struggle on anyone but because it means I'm not the only one. Probably why I take way too much Tylenol PM! :)
